PERSONAL INTERVIEWS
Nicky went home from school and told his mum that he'd met the
girl of his dreams. However, the course of true love didn't run smoothly at the
beginning. Nicky was too shy to talk to Georgina so he contended himself with
going out of his way to pass her in the school corridor and flashing her a quick
smile. It was two years before he had the courage to do anything about it and
even got a friend to ask her out for him.

QUOTES
"No matter what the future
holds for me, I just pray I'm with Georgina," said Nicky. "Hopefully the money I
get from Westlife will look after both of us for the rest of our lives. All I
know is that if it wasn't for Georgina I wouldn't be the person I am today. She
is my morning, noon and night. She's my everything." Irish Mirror

Nicky: "Georgina's always there for me. She was there for me when I came home from Leeds. I was devastated, I was down, I was crying. I didn't know where I was going with my life. She was always there for me. I can ring Georgina at any time, at night time, and have a good chat."
Nicky: "Georgina is obviously my life. I don’t think I even have to say it. We’ve grown up and matured together and, in a way, she’s given me the confidence to go out and do things with my life. What I probably meant to say was that Westlife is our life. It’s what I’ve always wanted to do and Georgina has been amazing, helping me do it. She's never stood in my way, and has backed me up on everything - I wouldn’t be where I am without her support."
Nicky: "When I first went to Leeds I'd been going out with Georgina for about nine months and I flew home and never told her - I went to her house to surprise her. When I called to her house she was in the shower, so I went up to her room and just sat on the bed. A few minutes later she came in and she was totally shocked, because I hadn't seen her in a month"
Nicky: "I always seem to be away for Valentine's Day and for her birthday. I fill her room with balloons. We like to go out of dinner. We like to spend good quality time together, go out at weekends if we get a chance"
Georgina: "Really good looking, really cute, really smiley, really friendly, really fun-loving! He has always been there for me and I for him. We are the best of friends and we have grown together, and we have both been there for each other through everything."
