THE RECORD ROOM

World Famous Record Room in Grattan Street, Sligo. Co-owned by Kevin Flannery and Aiden Mannion. Almost the birthplace of Westlife's career beginnings. Well worth a visit and jam packed with memorabilia and unique memento's of the bands early days.

The record room - Shane
"My mother got me my copy of Uptown Girl from The Record Room, way before I remember. There are two record shops in Sligo, Star Records and The Record Room. We'd hang out in the Record Room. The earliest record I remember buying from the Record Room would have been Boyzone's first album, Backstreet's Back, and Now 38... The shop's quite cool cos our pictures are hand painted above the door. Bono and Van Morrison are up there too."
