TABLE MANNERS
In Britain, even today, people are judged by their table manners, especially when eating out or attending formal functions. There are certain ways you should behave and certain niceties to observe. Of course, Myself, as a Dame I am aware of all the niceties at the dinner table.
But of course I can't pop a page together without some kind help from a big lusty Irishman! ( couldn't find one of them so the absolute gent. of a Dubliner -Nicky Byrne jumped to the fore to help a damsel in distress.
He gives us his own 'unique' style further down the page!) These are just a few, basic manners to help you on your way A popular saying in the UK is "Manners maketh man." ( God help us.....)
