When you look at yourself in the mirror, are you happy with what you see?
Shane: Some days I can say 'I look alright' and others I think I look like I've
eaten 500 burgers! This industry makes you more conscious about the way you
look, and you're always trying to make yourself look better!
Kian: You have to be more conscious. Some days I'd love to get out of bed and
not do anything, but now I have to spend a bit of time on myself - do my hair
and stuff!
Nicky: Sometimes I wake up and think 'Oh look at the state of you' and sometimes
I'm quite happy with what I see…
Mark: I'm not so bad when I look in the mirror, but I hate photos of myself
Bryan: I'm never happy, but I don't care anymore. I just get on with it. I do my
best, then I just don't think about it again…
Mark: I think everyone has their days when they don't think they're too bad, and
others when they're just like 'euuugghh'.
