Hi ! Shane at the helm, absolutely NO IDEA why Ive been handed this section... I've had the same hairstyle for almost all of my career and the most drastic 'hair' issue I ever had was waxing my chest......But just for the 'old dames' I've researched this subject avidly - I may need knowledge one day!

How often do you wash your hair?
It depends - usually about five or six times a week. Sometimes it gets really dry if I have a photo shoot. It's weird - it gets dry more than anything else. I just shampoo it and use conditioner once every three weeks. (You're supposed to use it every time!) Are you? Oh, OK.

Do you get nasal hairs or ear hairs?
Yeah, but not badly - I've never had to clip them. They don't grow, they just stay up there. I'm a very hairy person, but I swear I don't get them there.

If you had to have one of your other band mates' hairdos, which one would you choose?
I'd have Mark's one today cos it's mad. Mark does actually experiment, and today it's mad - he wants to do one of those psycho looks. He's just daft, ha-ha!"

Anything could trigger hair growth the most prominent is hormone changes, it takes on average 20 years for hair to actually give up on growing, with constant waxing. Permanent removal sometimes takes several passes at it before it will go. If a hormone changes occur such as pregnancy the hair could start growing again.

WAXING

Depending on the manufactories instructions of application on the wax it is best to apply it in a figure eight pattern, to get the hair tangled up in each other so it is easier to pull off. Always pull in the opposite direction of the hair growth as much as possible. If the hair is all over the place do it in small bits.As Shane reminds his fellow men that a 'back, sack and crack' wax is definitely agony.........as he speaks from experience!
